Our hours are 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. A planner pass is not required to come to the libary before or after school, during break or during lunch. To come to the library media center during class time your teacher must write in your planner. After entering the media center, you must sign in at the circulation desk. Your ID badge is used to check out books or use a library computer.
A maximum of 5 books may be checked out for a period of 2 weeks and can be renewed once. Overdue books are 10 cents per school day. Overton's library catalog can be accessed from home as well as at school. The library offers many resourcs to use on the computer. All computer use must be school-appropriate.
NO Food or Drink in the library. Please use the "parking space" near the library's front entrance for all food and drinks.
